Revela Terms of Service

  1. What it is. Revela is a free, open-source presentation editor that runs in your browser, at fmesasc.github.io/revela.
  2. Your content is yours. Revela claims no rights over the presentations you create. You are responsible for their content and for having the right to use the images, videos, text and other material you include.
  3. Acceptable use. Do not use Revela for illegal activities, to infringe other people's rights, or to try to harm or overload the services it connects to.
  4. Third-party services. Some features use other services (Google Drive, OpenRouter, PeerJS, Openverse, embedded content…). By using them you also accept their terms. Revela only connects to them when you use those features.
  5. No warranty. Revela is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Keep copies of important presentations: browser data can be cleared.
  6. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, Revela's authors are not liable for data loss or damages arising from its use.
  7. License. The source code is distributed under the MIT license (LICENSE).
  8. Privacy. See the privacy policy.
  9. Changes and contact. These terms may be updated; the date above shows the latest version. Contact: github.com/fmesasc/revela/issues.

  1. Qué es. Revela es un editor de presentaciones gratuito y de código abierto que funciona en tu navegador, en fmesasc.github.io/revela.
  2. Tu contenido es tuyo. Revela no reclama ningún derecho sobre las presentaciones que creas. Eres responsable de su contenido y de tener derecho a usar las imágenes, vídeos, textos y demás materiales que incluyas.
  3. Uso aceptable. No uses Revela para actividades ilegales, para vulnerar derechos de otras personas ni para intentar dañar o saturar los servicios a los que se conecta.
  4. Servicios de terceros. Algunas funciones usan servicios de otros (Google Drive, OpenRouter, PeerJS, Openverse, contenido insertado…). Al usarlas aceptas también sus condiciones. Revela solo se conecta a ellos cuando tú usas esas funciones.
  5. Sin garantías. Revela se ofrece «tal cual», sin garantías de ningún tipo. Guarda copias de tus presentaciones importantes: los datos del navegador pueden borrarse.
  6. Responsabilidad. En la medida en que la ley lo permita, los autores de Revela no son responsables de pérdidas de datos ni de daños derivados de su uso.
  7. Licencia. El código fuente se distribuye con licencia MIT (LICENSE).
  8. Privacidad. Consulta la política de privacidad.
